There are many ways to advertise - one of them is by blogging by writing stuff that will give them real value. If you write about things that they want to know about, in a really nice way - then, they will learn to trust you and; when they trust you, they will listen to what you have to say.

Others, that I continued to follow were those who basically told me about free stuff that would help me in my business building. Along the way, once in a while, they told me about stuff that I might like to buy, which would help me in my business building. To me these were the people I wanted to follow and actually, they are the people that I still follow to date.

Resource pages on these websites also add value and interest to these sites. On your resource page you can add products that you like, have used and feel would be helpful to others. Always try and give a mix of free and paid products. But, do make sure that the products you are advertising are products that your buyers would be happy to use and keep - because otherwise it will affect your credibility. People don't rebuy stuff from people who have sold them useless stuff. If you keep that in mind always, you will never go wrong. Otherwise you will only make one sale per customer and there will never be any repeat business, if the products you sell are not worth the money that has been paid for them.

Try and link your website and resource page/pages from as many places as you can. What you need to sell stuff and get people to join you in your business,is good quality traffic. That can be achieved by advertising in places where there are people looking for what you have to offer.

To create a network, you should be advertising in places like work from home forums, social networking sites (especially those geared towards business people) In order to find such forums, just type in your browser --- words that are variants of the meaning "work from home".
